Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. We ship to the United States only. Shipping is calculated in the cart and shown before you pay.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once the payment is accepted.

Delivery

Delivery dates shown on the product page are estimates based on the carriers' usual times. You receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase and send it back without giving a reason, within this window:

United States: 14 days after delivery.

Contact us within the applicable window after delivery to request a return. Your mandatory rights, including those for faulty or misdescribed items, remain unchanged. Orders placed before a policy change keep the terms offered at purchase.

For an order shipped to the European Union or the EEA, you can withdraw online in the Track order tab, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button. We email you an acknowledgment of receipt. You can also write to us.
