Return window

United States: 14 days after delivery.

Contact us within the applicable window after delivery to request a return. Your mandatory rights, including those for faulty or misdescribed items, remain unchanged. Orders placed before a policy change keep the terms offered at purchase.

Withdraw online (EU and EEA)

If your order ships to the European Union or the EEA, open the Track order tab, use the “Withdraw from contract here” button, then confirm. We email you an acknowledgment of receipt right away.

Return costs and refund

Your refund is made with the payment method used for the order, once the return is received.

Shipping protection refunds

Refunded if you cancel before your order ships. Shipping protection fees are not refunded when you return a product.
