Shipping costs

Shipping is paid by the customer. It is calculated in the cart for the delivery country, at the carrier's rate, and shown before payment (Standard or Express).

Delivery times

Orders ship from our partner warehouses. The estimated delivery dates for your country are shown on each product page.

Tracking

You get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Follow your parcel in the Track order tab, and turn on notifications to be told at each step.

Import taxes

Depending on your country, import taxes may apply. Write to us before ordering if you have a question.
