Who is responsible
Your data is handled by the company that runs the Laura Kiona shop (see the legal notice).

What we collect and why
When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number, to deliver your order and keep you informed.
When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, to show your orders and addresses in your account.
When you write to us: your name, email address and message, to answer you.
When you turn on notifications: a technical address of your browser, to send you the notifications you chose. You can turn them off at any time.
Who receives your data
Stripe processes your payment. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us.
Our logistics partner receives the name, address and phone number needed to prepare and ship your order, and passes them to the carrier.
Google handles sign-in when you choose Sign in with Google.
Cloudflare protects the site and the contact form against abuse.
Cookies
We only use the cookies the site needs to work. There are no advertising or analytics cookies today; if we add any, they will be set only after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
lk_panier (30 days): the contents of your cart. lk_panier_n (30 days): the number of items shown on the cart icon.
lk_protection (30 days): whether you chose shipping protection. lk_pays_livraison and lk_mode_livraison (30 days): the shipping country and the Standard or Express option chosen in your cart.
lk_langue and lk_devise (1 year): your language and currency. lk_pays (1 year): your country, used for delivery dates. lk_derniere_fiche (90 days): the last product page you viewed, so the logo takes you back to it.
lk_consentement (6 months): your cookie choices. Sign-in session cookie: only if you sign in to your account.
Your browser also keeps lk_invitation_refusee (local storage) if you decline the invitation to install the app.
How long we keep it
We keep order data as long as required by accounting and tax rules, and other data only as long as needed for the purpose above.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to us. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
